- Can it quote during the booking?
- For standard jobs, yes — it quotes from your price list during the conversation. For unusual jobs it books a quote visit instead.
- What if two customers try to book the same slot?
- It uses real-time calendar locks, so whoever confirms first gets the slot. The second customer is offered alternatives.
- How's this different from a regular booking widget?
- A widget is a form. This is an agent — it negotiates the slot, asks clarifying questions, handles reschedules, and can take bookings over voice and SMS too.
